Wholeness

By watching or observing experience, you become what you already are – the nothingness out of which all experience is born. You return to your innate wholeness. Suffering comes when the little self pushes experiences away. To return to wholeness…

1. Connect with the Peace within you.
2. Study and observe the Pain.
3. Probe into when, where, why, and how you push pain away?
4. Allow the full Participation of pain.
5. Play the role of the observer.
6. Remember that you are Pure Awareness, a host for all experiences, painful and pleasurable.
